Overview for Controls Capability

Management of controls activities during the Installation, Commissioning, ,Maintenance of turbines/equipment (generator or mechanical drive).
Inspection of plant engineering documents and P&ID’s.
Troubleshooting of plant systems and equipment, planning, organizing, integrating the direction of resources to meet the contracted agreement.

Specific Activities for Control Capability

Management of control activities on Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of equipment, including to oversight of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostics
Recording and reporting of any abnormal function or out of tolerance conditions of equipment and initiate corrective action and documentation
Providing of documents daily record of inspection, maintenance activity, repair and other work performed.
Accountability for activities including planning, organizing, integrating and directing of resources such as labor, tools and materials as required to complete the scope of work as per contract.
Understand PLC ladder logic, and understanding of how to navigate through ladder rungs while troubleshooting
Reinstallation, testing, evaluate, calibration, and maintenance of instruments or devices upon completion of repairs.
Interpretation and knowledge of electrical/mechanical flow and instrument diagrams
Verify the correct practices during installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and maintenance are followed
Provide general guidance on equipment instrumentation calibration, including various types of transmitters
Verification of all in-field activities are carried out safely complying with company environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures
Advise customers with technical direction and support on Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) packaged products
Oversee outage management
Extensive knowledge in Gas Turbine Driver Control Systems and Auxiliary Systems
